Todd & Debbie, Owners
Todd and Debbie are the owners of Bonn Roof Care. They work together to oversee the day to day operations of the company. Todd and Debbie take great pride in their company and stand behind their team. Todd and Debbie enjoy their time together as well as time spent with their family. This family oriented lifestyle carries over into the workplace, a family owned and operated business even non-family members are treated like family. From their friendly and positive outlook toward their team and customers alike, Todd and Debbie make sure everyone is completely satisfied.
Craig, Dispatch and Maintenance Supervisor
As dispatcher and maintenance crew supervisor Craig has proven his worth time and again in the eight years he has been with the company. On paper, his duties include getting the roof cleaning and maintenance crews to jobs on time, interacting with customers, and ensuring the high-quality standards of Bonn Roof Care are being met every day, by every crew member, on every job. In truth, Craig does whatever it takes to get the job done. With a background in construction, Craig is prepared to lead and train new hires, passing on the passion and mission of Bonn Roof. In his down time, Craig can be found enjoying any of his favorite activities – bow hunting, smoking jerky, classic cars, or spending time with his grandkids.
Kayela is the youngest daughter of Todd and Debbie Covert. She has several years of customer service background. Kayela works in the office helping to schedule the repair and re-roof crews as well as communicate with customers on a daily basis.
Janice, Roof Maintenance Representative / Customer Service Representative
With more than 20 years’ experience in the hospitality, business and real estate industries, Janice has a proven track record of senior-level support, management and communication skills. Her philosophy centers around putting her skills and passions towards helping others. She is committed to excellence in service – making her an asset to the Bonn Roof Care team and their customers.
Her spirit and enthusiasm for helping others carries over into her volunteer activities as a Certified Emergency Respond Team (CERT) member, a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) of Marion County and as Secretary for Family Promise of the Mid-Willamette Valley. As recent transplants to Oregon, Janice and her family enjoy exploring the Pacific Northwest and meeting new people.
Jay, Field Supervisor
Respect and acknowledgment mean a great deal to Jay – which he consistently earns from the company and their customers through his dedication to quality workmanship. As a Bonn Roof Care Field Supervisor and the Lead Repair/Leak Technician, Jay directly supervises and coordinates the activities of the roofing and construction workers. He also engages in the same trade work when needed and is the Lead Repair Technician. A typical day for Jay starts with getting the trucks, crew and materials ready and ends with completing paperwork from jobs, estimates and scheduling new jobs. Camping, fishing and family fills Jay’s free time.
James, Lead Estimator
As the youngest son of Todd and Debbie Covert, James is no stranger to the roofing industry. He makes his mark in the company by estimating jobs for the maintenance crews, often helping to see them through to completion. He can also be found making quality assessments after jobs are finished. Being the Lead Estimator, he is often asked how a full-service roof cleaning is performed. Knowing the steps inside and out, the customer will find it difficult to stump this young man on Bonn Roof Care procedure or materials. Having grown up in the Pacific Northwest, his favorite teams are the Seattle Seahawks, Oregon Ducks and Portland Trailblazers. As a bright, engaging employee, James completed two courses of Duro-Last training with exceptional scores.
Bryan, Lead Maintenance Technician
Bryan enjoys most the satisfaction of a job well done and seeing the end results of his hard work. He describes Bonn Roof Care as friendly, professional and proud. With employees like Bryan leading the way, we can take rightful claim to those adjectives. As a Lead Maintenance Technician, Bryan greets the customers at the beginning of a job, develops a plan for tackling the work, coordinates the crew to the end of the job, and leaves making sure the customer is satisfied. On his time off, Bryan enjoys spending it with his son finding new places to explore.
